Violet has led a perfectly normal life and moved to Emerald cove once she turned 18, it being her dream to live by the sea.  She got a job as an apartment maid and lived there for free just so long as she did her job.  It also turned out that her neighbors were Alex and A.J.  Violet and Alex despised each other at first but eventually came to be good friends.  Violet certainly didn't expect someone like Alex to come into the picture and make her life completely different from her dreams.  Instead of a peaceful life, she's spend the time in Emerald cove keeping Alex out of trouble and lecturing her.

When at the beach with friends one day, Alex ventured out into the forest and began practicing sword skills.  Violet thought nothing of it but became worried when Alex when back home, claiming to be ill.

Later on, 2 small deer had crept into Alex's room and knocked over her nightstand. When Alex awoke, she questioned them (almost violently) and they told her that they were looking for the orb and that they were twins named Lea and Leo. She said that she didn't have it and that Violet did. Alex took them to Violet where Violet decided to take them in since they had no home it seemed.

Violet eventually started to befriend the two twin deer. She showed them around and began teaching them a few things about Emerald cove since they seemed to know nothing about it. But ever since they showed up she's been seeing a strange, dark figure....
